Terms & Conditions

By submitting your booking and paying your deposit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation email from The Business Vault.

All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your place.

The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined during checkout and in your confirmation email.

If payment is not received by the due date, The Business Vault reserves the right to cancel your booking and offer your place to another guest.

3. Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers

Your deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your accommodation and contributes towards venue and supplier commitments.

Should you need to cancel your booking:

60+ days before the retreat: Full refund of all monies paid, excluding your deposit.

30–59 days before the retreat: 50% refund of payments made, excluding your deposit.

Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds will be provided.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another woman at any time before the retreat. Written notification and the replacement guest's details must be provided to The Business Vault.

4. Retreat Changes

While every effort is made to deliver the retreat as advertised, The Business Vault reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, presenters, activities, accommodation allocations or inclusions where necessary.

These changes do not entitle guests to a refund.

5. Travel Arrangements

Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport to and from the retreat venue unless otherwise stated.

We genuinely hope nothing gets in the way of your retreat experience, however life can be unpredictable.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive domestic travel insurance when booking your place. A suitable policy may assist with unexpected illness, injury, family emergencies, travel disruption, severe weather or other unforeseen events that may affect your ability to attend.

As our cancellation policy applies to all bookings, travel insurance provides an added layer of protection should the unexpected occur.

6. Health & Wellbeing

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to attend the retreat.

Any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements or accessibility needs must be advised prior to arrival so we can do our best to accommodate them.

Participation in all activities is voluntary and undertaken at the guest's own discretion and risk.

7. Guest Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow attendees, staff, suppliers and the venue.

The Business Vault reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, illegal, abusive, too noisy or significantly disrupts the retreat experience. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

8. Photography & Marketing

Photography and videography may take place throughout the retreat.

By attending, you consent to The Business Vault using photographs and video for future marketing, promotional and educational purposes.

If you would prefer not to appear in promotional material, please notify us prior to the retreat.

9. Intellectual Property

All retreat materials, presentations, templates, workbooks and resources remain the intellectual property of The Business Vault unless otherwise stated.

They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed or resold without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Business Vault accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Business Vault is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage or expense incurred during or as a result of attending the retreat, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

11. Force Majeure

If the retreat is cancelled, postponed or significantly affected due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closure or supplier failure), The Business Vault reserves the right to reschedule the retreat or provide an appropriate credit or refund, less any unrecoverable third-party costs.

12. Acceptance

By completing your booking and paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
