The Holistic Entrepreneur Circle – Membership Terms & Conditions

Each tier provides different inclusions as displayed on the sales page at the time of purchase.

2. Founding Member Pricing

If you join during the Founders Launch period:

  • Your price is locked in for the lifetime of your active subscription

  • If you cancel, the Founders Rate is permanently forfeited

  • Re-joining later will require paying the new public rate

3. Payments & Billing

By joining, you authorise automatic billing:

  • Monthly or Annual subscriptions

  • Payments processed via Stripe or other approved platforms

  • You are responsible for maintaining an active, valid payment method

If a payment fails:

  • Access may be paused

  • Your price may NOT be guaranteed if not resolved promptly

  • Reinstatement occurs upon successful payment

No partial refunds for unused time.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the membership:

  • No refunds on monthly or annual payments

  • You may cancel anytime, and you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable

  • No refunds for missed live calls, workshops, or sessions

All purchases are final.

5. Access, Login & Portal Use

You agree to:

  • Keep your login details confidential

  • Not share access with any other person

  • Not resell, redistribute, or transfer your membership

A Soaring Member may allow one VA/staff member to attend Canva trainings only, not the full membership.
They do NOT receive membership login access, templates, or community entry.

We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse without refund.

6. Content & Schedule Changes

We may modify:

  • Workshop topics

  • Templates

  • Calendar dates

  • Guest sessions

  • Momentum Week structure

  • Resources, trainings, or content inside the portal

This ensures the membership remains up-to-date, high-value, and aligned with member needs.

7. Live Sessions, Workshops & Replays

We aim to provide replays for most sessions, however:

  • Replays are not guaranteed for guest expert sessions

  • Technology issues may prevent recording

  • Attendance is your responsibility

Missing a session does not entitle you to a refund or partial credit.

8. Coaching, Mentoring & Professional Boundaries

All guidance from Paige Freeman is educational and supportive in nature.

It is NOT:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Accounting advice

  • Psychological or therapeutic counselling

  • Medical advice

You are responsible for assessing what is appropriate for your business and wellbeing.

If you are under mental health care, please seek advice from your practitioner before participating.

9. Community Conduct & Behaviour

Members agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Participate in a supportive, non-judgmental manner

  • Not solicit, self-promote, or spam

  • Not cause harm or disrupt the community

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

10. Events, Retreats & Planning Days

From time to time, the membership may include:

  • Quarterly Planning & Celebration Days

  • Annual Retreat / Conference (name may vary)

  • In-person or online special events

Unless explicitly stated:

  • Travel, accommodation, meals, and incidentals are not included

  • Tickets or attendance may require additional payment

  • Event dates, locations, formats, and speakers may change

  • Events may be moved online if required

Refunds for Paid Events

If you purchase a ticket for an event:

  • If postponed: your ticket transfers to the new date

  • If cancelled: a credit may be issued for a future event

  • If format changes (e.g., becomes virtual): no refunds provided

  • Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with at least 7 days’ notice

Members understand that in-person events involve variables outside our control.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials inside the Membership are owned by The Business Vault by Paige Freeman.

This includes:

  • Templates

  • Canva files

  • PDFs

  • Trainings

  • Branding resources

  • Workshop slides

  • Programs, scripts, and guides

  • Replays

  • Systems templates & frameworks

You may NOT:

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Repurpose for commercial teaching

  • Copy or reproduce content for others

  • Claim ownership of any materials

Templates are for your personal business use only.

12. Member Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend live sessions where possible

  • Use the resources available

  • Honour communication boundaries

  • Manage your own wellbeing

  • Maintain your own internet, device, and technical setup

  • Notify us of any security issues or misuse of your account

Your results depend on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

By using the membership and its resources, you agree that:

  • Outcomes are not guaranteed

  • You participate at your own risk

  • We are not responsible for business decisions, financial results, or personal outcomes

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Membership

The membership is for educational purposes only.

14. Termination

We may terminate your membership if:

  • A payment fails and is not resolved

  • You violate these Terms

  • You behave inappropriately within the community

  • You misuse content

  • You share login access

If terminated for breach, no refunds are provided.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
You will be notified via email or inside the membership portal of major changes.
